La card è la prova d'acquisto dell'ingresso, dunque è obbligatorio portarla con sé e non si può accedere senza presentarla materialmente al personale del box office. Non ci sono eccezioni. Non perdetela, non dimenticatela, non si riceverà una card sostitutiva. In caso di smarrimento sarà necessario riacquistare un abbonamento a prezzo pieno.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards. The card included in the Christmas Box is a festival pass (valid for 4, 5, 6, 7 Aug 2022) and is valid for one person only.
Before entering the festival, you must first exchange your card for a festival wristband. A collection point will be situated at the main festival entrance.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. No card and no wristband means no entry, no exceptions. Please protect your card and your wristband; you will not receive a replacement card or a new wristband if lost, stolen, or tampered with.

International shipping costs: international shipping prices are based on the size and weight of the item and how far it has to travel. To determine the applicable shipping cost for items in your cart, please add your shipping address and proceed to checkout. If your order is being delivered outside of EU, please note it may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or customs duties in the destination country. Any charges are to be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of customs clearance. 
To avoid extra delay or failure in shipment caused by international customs issues relating to food products, the Fiasconaro "panettoncino" gift will not be included in non-EU countries shipped boxes, so we'll send you another gift.
