Al box office verrà controllato il codice a barre riportato sulla card e rilasciato il corrispondente bracciale identificativo. La card è la prova d'acquisto dell'ingresso, dunque è obbligatorio portarla con sé e non si può accedere senza presentarla materialmente al personale del box office. Non ci sono eccezioni. Non perdetela, non dimenticatela, non si riceverà una card sostitutiva. In caso di smarrimento o di dimenticanza del prodotto fisico sarà necessario riacquistare un abbonamento a prezzo pieno.

Each card included in the Christmas Box is a full festival pass (valid for 8, 9, 10, 11 Aug 2024) and is valid for one person only.
Before entering the festival, you must first exchange your card for a festival wristband. The barcode on the card will be checked at the box office, and the corresponding identification wristband will be issued. The card is proof of purchase for entry, so it is mandatory to bring it with you, and entry will not be allowed without physically presenting it to the box office staff. Do not lose it, do not forget it, and no replacement card will be provided. In case of loss or forgetting the physical product, it will be necessary to repurchase a full-price festival pass. A collection point will be situated at the main festival entrance. Wristbands must be worn at all times. No card and no wristband means no entry, no exceptions. Please protect your card and your wristband; you will not receive a replacement card or a new wristband if lost, stolen, or tampered with.
